Some certain people told me she didn’t bother to read the last book of Harry Potter Series because the last time she read Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince she thought it was good and got high hopes for the movie. But at the end, the movie disappointed her. So she decided to not read the last book so she wouldn’t be disappointed again.
I’m sorry but I find it ridiculous. Books and movies are literally different, and people should’ve known that, right? I mean, Harry Potter is basically a book, you know. You don’t just read it to expect how the movie will be. I finished reading all Harry Potter series 3 years ago and at that time I didn’t even think about the movies.
Sorry, but her statement just slapped my potterhead-self. And it still bothers me.
